Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, I collect what you type into it: name, company, email, phone, and message. Name and email are required. Company, phone, and message are optional.

When you submit the form, I also capture a few things automatically, without asking you for them: the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values from the link you arrived on (if any), the page that referred you here, and the page you landed on.

Separately from the contact form, I use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how the site is used and how fast it loads. These record page views and basic technical details: the page you viewed, the page that referred you, your general location, your browser and your device type. They do not use cookies, they do not identify you, and they do not follow you to other websites. There are no advertising trackers. The only cookies set on this site are the ones Next.js and Vercel use to serve the pages — nothing here tracks you across the web.

Contact form submissions are stored in Supabase, hosted in the United States (US East, Northern Virginia). Only I, Shady Aly, read this data. I never sell it, and I never share it with advertisers.

A few outside services are part of running this site:

• Vercel hosts the website and provides the analytics and performance measurement described above.
• Supabase stores what you submit through the contact form.
• Google Calendar Appointment Schedules handles booking. If you book a call, Google collects that booking information separately, under Google's own privacy policy — I don't control what Google does with it.

I keep your information as long as I need it to respond to you and for as long as there's an active business relationship. If you'd like it deleted, ask and I will.
